Yan Tahitu

We received an update from the family that Berkat Ambon volunteers visited the home of Mr. Yan Tahitu, 38 years old, who is suffering from a lung condition that has caused internal bleeding. Due to financial hardship, Mr. Yan has not been able to receive proper medical care and has not yet registered for BPJS (Indonesia’s health insurance program). He is in urgent need of support from kind-hearted people to help cover his medical expenses. Let us pray that the Lord Jesus will make a way for Mr. Yan’s healing and restoration. Volunteers from Berkat Ambon visited Mr. Yan Tahitu, prayed with him, and brought donations such as rice, milk, and other daily necessities.

A Prayer for Hope: Lord, I maintain my hope in You and I hold onto the assurance that You are my Rock and my Refuge who bends His ear when the afflicted call out Your Name. As David prayed in Psalm 18:1: “I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
