We received information and visited the family of Mr. Stevy Tuhusula and his wife, Mrs. Yanti, who are in a difficult financial situation. Mr. Stevy, 51 years old, had a work accident on a ship in 1998 which resulted in part of his right hand being amputated, making it difficult for him to work properly. Meanwhile, his wife, Mrs. Yanti, 48 years old, has been suffering for years from heart problems, shortness of breath, and diabetes, which has led to her leg being amputated several times. Berkat Ambon volunteers visited them, prayed with them, and brought donations such as rice, eggs, instant noodles, and other basic needs to help the family. May God, the source of all blessings, continue to provide for their every need. For anyone who wishes to share and help Mr. Stevy and Mrs. Yanti, you can contact Berkat Ambon via Messenger.
Update 10/11/25:

Berkat Ambon Volunteers visited and brought donations to help support Yanti and Stevy Tuhusula. Several years ago, Mrs. Yanti’s left leg was amputated due to diabetes. She also suffers from lung, heart, and stomach problems. Her current condition is very concerning. Her husband, Mr. Stevy, is also unable to work, as his right hand was amputated in 1998 following a work accident while employed on a ship. Their financial situation is very limited, preventing them from receiving proper medical care. Let us pray that God will provide for all their daily needs. For those who feel moved to help Mrs. Yanti and Mr. Stevy’s family, you may contact Messenger Berkat Ambon.
Update 12/31/25:

At the end of 2025, the Berkat Ambon Volunteers had the opportunity to visit Mr. Stevy and Mrs. Yanti Tuhusula, to see their condition firsthand and to bring donations in the form of basic necessities and financial support to help with their daily living needs. This donation, totaling IDR 500,000, was contributed by Megi G.
This husband and wife are unable to carry out normal activities to support their daily needs. Mrs. Yanti has suffered from prolonged diabetes, which resulted in the amputation of her leg, along with several other illnesses. Mr. Stevy experienced a work accident on a ship several years ago, which led to the amputation of his right arm. Their economic condition is very limited, so they have not yet received adequate medical care. We pray and believe that God is able to restore them and provide for their needs in His miraculous ways. For all our brothers and sisters whose hearts are moved to help this couple, please contact Berkat Ambon via Messenger. May God bless us all in the new year.
Update 1/8/26:

Praise the Lord Jesus. Berkat Ambon volunteers visited Mrs. Yanti Tuhusula, who is currently hospitalized due to a wound on her leg. We ask for the mercy of the Lord Jesus for Mrs. Yanti; the blood and wounds of the Lord Jesus are sufficient for her. The Lord Jesus has died for Mrs. Yanti and gives His life for her. May the love of the Lord Jesus continue to cover and protect Mrs. Yanti.
Update 2/19/26:

Berkat Ambon Volunteers were once again able to visit Mrs. Yanti and Mr. Stevi Tuhusula and bring donations to help support their economic needs. At the beginning of January, Mrs. Yanti was hospitalized due to an infection in a wound on her leg. The diabetes she has suffered from for many years has left her physically weak. Several years ago, her husband, Mr. Stevi, also underwent an amputation of his right hand due to a workplace accident. This has made it difficult for him to earn a living to the fullest extent.
We pray that God will restore them and provide for their family’s daily needs. For anyone who feels moved to help Mrs. Yanti and Mr. Stevi, please contact us through Berkat Messenger. May God help us all.
