From the information we received, Berkat Ambon visited Sera Tomaluweng, born in Ambon on January 11, 2016. The family does not have BPJS (health insurance). Sera's father, Al Alfons, works as a laborer, and her mother, Anneke Tomaluweng, is a local community leader (RT). Sera was involved in an accident where she was hit by a motorcycle, and the impact on her head caused a skull fracture that required surgery. The hospital has performed the operation, but the cost of medical expenses is quite substantial, exceeding 100 million rupiah. Those who wish to help ease the family’s burden can contact Berkat Ambon via Messenger. When we share the load, it becomes lighter. The Lord Jesus has a miraculous way of helping His children.
Update 8/20/24 : Praise the Lord, Sera Tomaluweng has been allowed to go home. However, there is still a hospital bill of 39 million rupiah that needs to be paid. The family currently does not have the means to cover the hospital expenses. By God's grace, the operation went smoothly, and Sera has been cleared to go home by the doctor. For those who are willing to help, please see the Donate section on the website or contact us on Messenger.
