Ravenska Risakotta

Based on information received, Berkat Ambon volunteers visited Mrs. Ravenska Risakotta (40 years old), who lives in the Diponegoro area. Her husband is Mr. Marthinus Lekahena (42 years old), whose daily work is driving a pedicab and occasionally working as a motorcycle taxi driver.

Mrs. Venska and her husband have two children, aged 18 and 11 years old.

Mrs. Venska is currently being treated in the hospital due to severe burn injuries she suffered at her home on Monday, June 1, at approximately 1:00 a.m. She underwent surgery today, and her hospital expenses have already reached approximately 11 million rupiah. She was admitted as a general patient because her BPJS health insurance has outstanding arrears of about 2.6 million rupiah.

Mrs. Venska is in urgent need of daily care supplies such as underpads, adult diapers, medications, and other expenses that must be paid out of pocket.

Rest in Peace, Ravenska Lekahena/Risakotta. Mrs. Venska suffered severe burn injuries and underwent surgery last Friday. Her family and the medical team did everything they could, but ultimately, God's will prevailed. May Lord Jesus Christ grant strength and comfort to her beloved husband, children, parents, and the entire Risakotta/Lekahena family during this time of grief. The family is making every effort possible to settle the hospital bill of approximately 14 million IDR so that Mrs. Venska's body can be brought home. The funeral service was held this afternoon.
