The Berkat Ambon volunteers received information and visited the home of Levinsia Lehalima, 9 years old, who has been paralyzed since the age of 2 due to frequent high fevers and seizures, as well as a heart condition. Her family’s economic situation is very limited—her father works only as a delivery driver—so Levinsia has only been able to receive minimal care. The Berkat Ambon volunteers came to pray and brought donations to help with Levinsia’s needs. May God open the way for Levinsia to receive proper treatment for her recovery. Update 9/27/25:

The Berkat Ambon volunteers had the opportunity to visit Levinsia at the hospital and bring donations in the form of medicines needed according to the doctor’s prescription. Levinsia’s condition is improving; by the afternoon she was able to return home, though there is still fluid in her heart. Next month she will need to return to the doctor for a follow-up to determine when the fluid drainage procedure will be carried out. Let us pray that Levinsia will remain in good health and recovery.

Update 10/16/25:

Levinsia Lehalima, 9 years old, now has to be hospitalized again due to shortness of breath. Since the age of 2, Levinsia has suffered from paralysis caused by frequent high fevers and seizures, as well as lung and heart problems. Her family’s financial situation is very limited — her father works only as a delivery driver, so Levinsia can only receive minimal care. Some time ago, Levinsia had to be hospitalized because of difficulty breathing. Volunteers from Berkat Ambon came to pray with her and brought donations and medicine for her needs. According to the doctor, there was fluid in her lungs that needed to be drained. Now, Levinsia has to be hospitalized again. Let us pray that God will make a way for her to receive the proper care she needs for recovery.
Update 10/18/25:

Levinsia is in need of diapers and some medications that are not covered by the national health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan). Any amount of donation that you can give will be very meaningful and greatly help those who truly need a helping hand.
