Volunteers from Berkat Ambon received information about and visited Mrs. Ledya Ritawemahu, a 33-year-old woman who is currently hospitalized. For the past two years, Mrs. Ledya has frequently experienced bleeding. Her husband works as a casual construction laborer. However, he has had to stop working for the time being to care for their three young children and stay by his wife's side during her hospitalization.

Due to the family's extremely limited financial resources, Mrs. Ledya was only able to see a doctor two months ago. Following medical examinations, she was diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer. At present, Mrs. Ledya urgently needs two units of type B blood. Let us pray that God will open a way to provide everything necessary for Mrs. Ledya's treatment and recovery, and that He will strengthen her and her family as they face this difficult situation.

A Prayer for Hope: Lord, I maintain my hope in You and I hold onto the assurance that You are my Rock and my Refuge who bends His ear when the afflicted call out Your Name. As David prayed in Psalm 18:1: “I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
