George Calvin Matahelemual
Updated: Aug 27

From the information received, Berkat Ambon volunteers visited George Calvin Matahelemual, commonly known as Boby, born on February 29, 1992. He has been diagnosed with internal goiter, hernia, lung problems, and swollen legs. On top of these, he also has mental health issues that require him to be treated at a mental hospital. Boby currently lives with his mother, Mrs. Kostansa Matahelemual/Lelapary (34 years old), in a house that remains unfinished, with an open roof looking up to the sky because there has been no further assistance from the government.
Due to his current condition, Boby has not been able to continue his treatment. Previously, Boby worked at a workshop, but now he has to rest at home. May the Lord Jesus help Boby and open the way for his family, who has been blessed with a child, so that they may be restored. May his health be restored, his family be restored, and Boby become a blessing to help others. May all of Boby’s needs be provided by the Lord Jesus in His miraculous ways. For anyone who wants to share and support Boby’s needs, you can contact Berkat Ambon via Messenger.
Update 7/18/25: A donation of 500,000 Rupiah has been given to help George Calvin Matahelemual (Boby). Praise the Lord, Boby is feeling better now because swallowing no longer hurts, and he continues to pray that he can sleep well despite the cough he is suffering from.
Update 10/19/25:

Praise the Lord, Bobby’s leg is no longer swollen, and the lump on his neck is no longer visible. Berkat Ambon brought donations to help with his transportation and to purchase topical medicine for Bobby. May Lord Jesus continue to strengthen Bobby through every step of his recovery, so that he can be reunited with his family and rebuild their family altar of prayer. Thank you to all brothers and sisters who have supported the ministry of Berkat Ambon, enabling us to share blessings with those in need.Lord Jesus loves and blesses us all.
Update 8/18/26:

Berkat Ambon extends its deepest condolences on the passing of Mr. George Calvin Matahelemeul, who passed away at the age of 34 after suffering from several illnesses for quite some time. A few days ago, volunteers from Berkat Ambon had the opportunity to visit him, pray for him, and provide a donation to help with his needs. However, we now have to face the reality that God has called him home. Our prayers are with his family and loved ones. May God give them strength, comfort, and peace as they go through this difficult time.
