Fatih Ode

Updated: Dec 13, 2025

According to the information received by Berkat Ambon, Fatih Ode, born in SBB on October 25, 2025, initially had diarrhea, which lasted a long time and required hospital treatment. However, since the diarrhea continued, she was referred to a larger hospital.

Together with her father, La Ode Asrul (24 years old, a farmer), and her mother, Jamila Opier (28 years old, a housewife), they sought help due to limited financial resources. With a loan of 900,000 IDR, they paid 400,000 IDR for the ambulance, and the rest was used for food and Fatih’s needs.

Berkat Ambon visited the hospital and met with the parents, as they were not yet allowed to enter the room. It turns out that Fatih’s mother also suffers from thyroid illness. The BPJS insurance is still being processed because her NIK is duplicated and has already been used by someone else.

Fatih and her parents greatly need our support for food and the child’s needs, as they cannot work while at the hospital. Brothers and sisters who wish to share love and help Fatih and her parents can contact Berkat Ambon via Messenger. The Lord Jesus loves us and blesses us all.

Update 12/8/25:

Berkat Ambon extends its deepest condolences on the passing of baby Al Fatih. Many parties made efforts, but God’s will must be accepted. May the family be granted strength by God. May the Lord Jesus also open a way for Mama Fatih, who is ill and in need of medical care, so that she may receive proper treatment. Berkat Ambon Volunteers visited the bereaved family’s home and delivered a donation of Rp 550,000, which was received directly by both parents.

A Prayer for Hope: Lord, I maintain my hope in You and I hold onto the assurance that You are my Rock and my Refuge who bends His ear when the afflicted call out Your Name. As David prayed in Psalm 18:1: “I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
