Elin Rengirit

Based on the information received, Berkat Ambon volunteers visited baby Elin Rengirit, born in Ambon on May 14, 2025. Elin lives with her mother and grandparents. At nearly 11 months old, Elin is not yet able to interact or sit. At birth, Elin’s legs were folded, but over time they became straight, and now her knees cannot bend. Elin has been receiving routine immunizations and was advised to see an orthopedic doctor. However, due to financial limitations, she has not yet been taken for a medical examination.

The current need is to bring Elin to a doctor and to obtain the necessary medication, which must be purchased independently. Elin’s grandfather, Mr. Wempy, and his wife run a small kiosk to support their daily needs in the Karpan area toward Gonzalo.
