Billy and Wisye Lawalatta

ree

Praise the Lord, Mr. Billy’s leg is no longer swollen. However, he has not been able to continue his therapy at the hospital due to an outstanding BPJS balance of Rp 8,410,000, which has been unpaid since 2015. After falling ill and being unable to work, Mr. Billy could no longer afford to pay for his BPJS insurance. His wife is also unwell and unable to carry out any daily activities, remaining bedridden. Since he stopped working, Mr. Billy has had no source of income to support his family’s basic needs. Praise God, the local congregation has shown great care by helping them meet their daily needs. For those who feel moved to help with the payment of Mr. Billy’s BPJS debt, you may contact Berkat Ambon via Messenger.Together, we can make a difference.

A Prayer for Hope: Lord, I maintain my hope in You and I hold onto the assurance that You are my Rock and my Refuge who bends His ear when the afflicted call out Your Name. As David prayed in Psalm 18:1: “I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
