Based on the information we received about Asriel Adelio Joostensz, born in Ambon on November 13, 2022, the Berkat Ambon volunteers visited little Asriel, who is suffering from microcephaly. He lives in Batu Gantong Dalam with his father, Jordhy Joostensz (25 years old), who works unstable jobs, and his mother, Tivania Nahumury (23 years old), a housewife. They are striving to seek treatment for Asriel.

At birth, Asriel's condition was normal. However, when he turned one year old and was taken to the community health center (Posyandu) for a check-up, it was found that his head circumference had decreased, and therapy was recommended. At this time, Asriel is in urgent need of nutrition, milk, and diapers. May the Lord Jesus bless and provide for all of Asriel’s needs in His miraculous ways.

Praise the Lord! Volunteers from Berkat Ambon visited and brought donations to support the needs of Asriel Adelio Joostensz. Asriel has been diagnosed with microcephaly.

At birth, Asriel was in normal condition, but at one year old, during a routine check-up at the local health center (posyandu), it was discovered that his head circumference had decreased, and therapy was recommended. However, due to the family's limited financial situation, Asriel has not yet been able to receive proper medical treatment. At this time, Asriel is in urgent need of funds for a CT scan, which costs around 1.4 million rupiah, as well as for nutrition, milk, and diapers. We believe that the Lord Jesus will bless and provide for all of Asriel’s needs in His miraculous way. A Prayer for Hope: Lord, I maintain my hope in You and I hold onto the assurance that You are my Rock and my Refuge who bends His ear when the afflicted call out Your Name. As David prayed in Psalm 18:1: “I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
