Yehuda Wattimena

Updated: May 28

ree

We received information from the family about Yehuda Wattimena, a 16-year-old who is currently experiencing paralysis. Since he was a baby, Yehuda often had seizures. Due to the family's limited financial situation—his father works as a freelance laborer—they have not been able to afford regular medical treatment. As he grew, Yehuda's condition worsened, leading to paralysis, making him unable to carry out activities like other children.

Volunteers from Berkat Ambon visited and brought donations to support Yehuda's daily needs. Let us pray that Yehuda will always be healthy; nothing is impossible for God, and we believe Yehuda can become a healthy and normal child. Dear brothers and sisters, you can take part in helping Yehuda by contacting Berkat Ambon through Messenger. May the Lord Jesus bless us all!

Update 5/25/25:

Berkat Ambon volunteers have brought donations for little Yehuda Wattimena to help purchase ointment and medicine for the wounds on his body. May the love of the Lord Jesus cover him—may His blood heal every bruise and injury, and may He fully restore Yehuda's body. Stay strong, dear Yehuda. May our great God grant you good health and strength to continue growing and thriving under His care.

A Prayer for Hope: Lord, I maintain my hope in You and I hold onto the assurance that You are my Rock and my Refuge who bends His ear when the afflicted call out Your Name. As David prayed in Psalm 18:1: “I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
