Putry Rikumahu

Updated: Jan 19

Berkat Ambon accompanied Putry to the health clinic to get a referral to an orthopedic specialist and assisted with registering her for an examination at the hospital. At 4 p.m., the orthopedic consultation will continue. May Jesus provide the best timing for Putry’s surgery.

At 4 p.m., they went to see the doctor, but due to the high number of patients, only six could be seen, so they will return tomorrow for the examination. May Jesus ensure Putry receives the best possible care.

Update 12/5/24:

Praise the Lord! The Berkat Ambon volunteers visited little Putry Rikumahu, a 9-year-old girl who recently had an accident while accompanying her mother to the garden.

Putry will undergo surgery to repair her broken and bent leg bone. Let us pray that the surgery goes smoothly and that she makes a full recovery. Berkat Ambon has provided a donation to support Putry's needs. You can also assist little Putry and support our ministry by contacting Berkat Ambon via Messenger.

Update 12/19/24:

Praise the Lord! Berkat Ambon volunteers have once again visited Putry Rikumahu, who underwent bone surgery last week to straighten the broken and bent bones in her leg caused by a fall in the garden. The volunteers brought donations to help cover transportation costs to the hospital.

Putry is now back for a follow-up at the hospital to check the results of her surgery and the treatment of her pre-operative wound. We pray that Putry will recover soon and be able to resume her normal activities.

For anyone who wishes to help Putry and support our ministry, you can contact Berkat Ambon via Messenger.

Update 1/16/25:

Praise the Lord! Today, volunteers from Berkat Ambon were able to accompany and assist 9-year-old Putry Rikumahu by providing transportation costs for her hospital check-up.

After the surgery, her leg remains quite short, so she is awaiting the doctor’s examination results for the next course of action. Let us pray that Putry’s leg can heal completely, allowing her to enjoy a healthy growth period from childhood to adolescence.

A Prayer for Hope: Lord, I maintain my hope in You and I hold onto the assurance that You are my Rock and my Refuge who bends His ear when the afflicted call out Your Name. As David prayed in Psalm 18:1: “I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
