Kamsul Idris

Berkat Ambon volunteers visited Mr. Kamsul Idris again, aged 37, bringing donations such as rice and other necessities for him. He has been suffering from nerve disorders for the past 2 years, which have left him unable to walk or speak. Due to financial difficulties, his family has not been able to pay off their BPJS (health insurance) arrears, so he has not received adequate medical treatment.

A Prayer for Hope: Lord, I maintain my hope in You and I hold onto the assurance that You are my Rock and my Refuge who bends His ear when the afflicted call out Your Name. As David prayed in Psalm 18:1: “I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
