These diseases manifest in symptoms ranging from odd-shaped heads and deformed body parts to the unusual growth of fungus, ravaging lives and casting shadows of despair and hopelessness. Our charity tirelessly works to provide them with access to life-saving treatment, medical care, and support.  Registration Fees 

• Early Bird Registration: $110 (available until July 17)
• End of Summer Advantage: $120 per person (effective from July 18 until September 20)
• Final Call: $130 per person (from September 21 until September 27, 11:50 PM)
• At the Door: $140 per person

 Registration Policies 

1. Payment: All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Payment can be made through our online registration portal or at the event venue on the day of the tournament.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to berkatambonusa@gmail.com.
• Refund Policy: Cancellations received before August 17, 2024, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 17, 2024, or for no-shows on the day of the event. Full refunds are not possible due to significant upfront costs and commitments for the event. Partial refunds (50%) are available until August 17, 2024, to cover non-recoverable expenses. After this date, no refunds will be issued as expenses are largely fixed. Please note that while we strive to accommodate cancellations, the registration fees are generally non-refundable except under the conditions specified above.

3. Ticket Transfers:If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. All ticket transfer requests must be submitted to berkatambonusa@gmail.com by September 25, 2024.

4. Event Changes:The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, and activities as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants via email.

5. Weather Policy:The tournament will proceed rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather conditions, the event may be postponed or canceled. Participants will be notified of any changes due to weather via email.

6. Health and Safety:Participants are expected to follow all health and safety guidelines set by the event organizers and the venue. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event without a refund.
